PPS are the exclusive service providers for Fiji
As Fraemohs service provider for Fiji all initial enquiries need to be sent to Pacific Property Solutions who will then contact you directly. Fraemohs will also pass any enquiries they receive onto PPS. This means you will get the best advice and relevant information before making any decisions.
Your building contract will include a start date and completion time for your build as there are many variables to consider. PPS will work with you and advise on timing schedules and site preparation before your components arrive in Fiji.
Once the container(s) with all components are loaded onto the ship in New Zealand it will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive in Fiji, weather and sailing schedules permitting.
Firstly, it will be cleared by customs officials then the container/s will be delivered to site on Viti Levu, or transferred to a local ferry for inter-island delivery to site.

Of course all safety precausions have to be adhered to and you will need to be mindful that you are on a construction site. However, having a new house built is exciting and we want you to be part of that. You may even get to join in and build some of walls yourself.
Yes, designs can be modified to suit your needs and style and PPS will assist you with that.
Yes, some people prefer to puchase a lockable shell and do the interior fit out themselves, or have a professional work with them. Other people like the convenience of pre ordering the kitchen and bathroom so once finished you have a complete turn key home. It’s up to you
Yes, all house are designed for an extra high wind zone site under NZS 3604:2011 as standard. This is equivalent to a Cat 3 cyclone on the Saffir-Simpson Hurricane Wind Scale. The homes can be specifically engineered to Cat 5 upon request.
The difference is in the way the wall components are designed to lock together. This makes the house extremely strong, much easier and quicker to put up and less labour intensive saving you time and money.
